This is the Communications Policy for A Loyalty Card. This document is in place so you will know what our policy is regarding our communications with you.
A Loyalty Card will never give your email address to third parties, unless we are compelled to do so by legal authorities.
Your email address is used to indentify you within the A Loyalty Card system. Therefore, that information will be located on our secure servers. If you do not want your email address to be saved on our servers, you cancel your account by contacting us using our form, via email at email@example.com or by mail:A Loyalty Card

A Loyalty Card will send you notifications relavent to your account. We will always identify you by your first and last name, or company name if you are one of our member businesses. We will never ask for any of your personal information in any notifications, including:
- Your social security number
- Your banking information
- Your legal identification
- Your credit card information
- Your home or business address information
Should you receive a notification requesting any of the above information, please do not act on it, and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the full headers of the email you received. If you do not know how to show full headers in an email, Google for Show Full Headers.
Newsletters and Publications
If you do not want to receive newsletters or publications from A Loyalty Card, you may opt out at any time by contacting us in one of the above manners, and stating that you want to opt out of newletters or publications.
